Well, this part is truly the hardest, it’s probably the most challenging thing I have done so far, but it was definitely worth it. You need to stay on the diet plan you came up, or you can stick to the one I wrote on this website. Although, you may not find anything that contains fish, simply because I can’t stand seafood, I don’t know why.
The first week will not be that hard, however, it will be harder and harder to not snack on all the amazing stuff you are missing out. You will have this huge urge to open up your fridge and devour everything in sight and to avoid that you need something that can prevent that. And that’s when Phen375 comes in to the picture.
